The idea of a daily goal is more than a to-do list. It’s about having a realistic ambition that normally requires a few steps to achieve.
These daily goals can also play a part in a much bigger goal. For example, if you want to lose 5 kilograms or save $500 a month, your daily goal would be being careful with calories in vs calories out or being conscious of where you shop & what you shop for.
