Self-confidence is about how you feel about your ability to do certain things, such as public speaking, geometry, or playing tennis, whilst self-esteem is more about how you feel about & take care of yourself.
In certain people, self-confidence & self-esteem is easily identifiable. You can recognise it in the way someone stands, walks & talks. The way they enter a room, the way they respond to others & if you’re extra intuitive it’s in the energy they radiate.
Because taking care of our health requires changing habits & being active, self-confidence & self-esteem can play a vital role.
If you don’t value yourself & have low self-esteem it will be difficult to get you to have the right mindset to continue with pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
If you don’t have the self-confidence to make the right food choices or take part in the right fitness routines again it will be difficult to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
Ideally, you want to be able to value yourself & do what it takes to live much healthier & that means building your self-confidence & self-esteem.
