Dear Food Diary,
I ate so much today that my stomach began to hurt, but it was all so delicious!
*hold up … that’s not what I mean by a food diary!
A food diary is a tool where you record all the meals, snacks & drinks you have over the course of a few days or weeks.
This then allows you to understand what kinds of foods & ingredients your body responds well to or doesn’t like. For example, I noticed that drinking cow’s milk was breaking my skin out, so I started drinking almond milk.
